UNDERTAKING

     studying in ___________ standard give hereby undertaking as follows:

1. I have received information handbook and have carefully read all the Rules and Regulations and have understood the same.

2. I do agree and accept to abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the School and formulated from time to time.

3. I appreciate that the NEW ERA English School, arranges educational visits, School sponsored excursions, Swimming, and other extra curricular activities for the benefit of students. I understand that whilst taking every precautions to ensure safety and well being of my child /ward, the school does not accept any liability in case of any unforeseen accident.

4. In the event of any emergency. I would like to be notified and consulted. If it is not possible then, I authorise the Principal of NEW ERA English School or his / her designated representative to act as deemed fit in the best interest of my child / ward.

5. I am aware that the NEW ERA English School conducts Moral Classes to help students to understand the validity of all the world's religions. To help my child / ward to develop morally. I allow / do not allow my child / ward to attend these Moral Classes.

6. I am prepared to meet all expenses, Including fees incurred by my child / ward while he / she is a student at NEW ERA English School.

7. I request the School to please supply / do not supply my child / ward any stationery items from the School Stores and include the amount of cost in the fees.

8. The school maintains the right to remove a student at any time with reconsideration or appeal for either low academic achievement or failing to conform to the standard or discipline set by the school.

9. I admit that any activity started by the school for the benefit of the student is a compulsory programme. Hence I agree to abide by all the conditions of the school regarding its activities for the benefit of students. Though, I do not wish my word to participate in activity, yet I shall bear the expenditure I request the school authorities to keep the activities running as mentioned in the prospectus.
